Q- Is a deposit required? When do I have to pay? How do I pay?

- A deposit is no longer required. The most common way is to enter your credit card info on our order form. We will only charge the card once we have completed and shipped your wristbands. You may also pay by check, money order or paypal ­ in which case we require payment in advance.

- Schools, US government offices and Fortune 500 companies may use a purchase order only. Other corporations with 50 employees or more may submit a PO and credit information, but we will not start the order until we receive credit approval.

Q- What other costs are involved?

- There are no other costs. Unlike other manufacturers, we do not hide all the charges into 1 price. We break it out so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Q- Can I order less than the minimum quantity?

- No. Our stated minimums are not negotiable.

Q- Can I get a discount because I support a good cause?

- No. We keep our prices consistently low to support all fundraising efforts.

Q- Can I get an invoice?

- Yes.

Q- Are reorders cheaper?
- Yes. There is no mold charge, so you only pay the per piece price.

Q- How long will my order take? Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

Normal delivery is approx 28 days, but we do offer a rush service (which happens to be the fastest in the industry).

Q- What are the terms of the rush deliveries?

We guarantee shipment within those timelines.

Q- How will my wristbands be delivered?

- By FedEx Ground unless other request is made. Fedex does not deliver to PO boxes.

Q- Can I pick up my order to save time or money?

- Yes, you can pickup in Tempe, AZ but cost is unaffected.

Q- Are your wristbands good quality?

- Yes. We maintain standards on par with that of the original Lance Armstrong wristband. There are wristbands of very poor quality in circulation ­ be wary of companies offering suspiciously low prices.

Q- Do you advertise your company info on our wristbands?

- No, but most other companies do.

Q- Which size should I order?

- Our wristbands come in Adult (8 inch) and Youth (7 inch) sizes. If you are selling to a wide range of genders/age groups, we suggest the Medium (7.5 inch), which accommodates approx 80% of all people.

Q- Can I split sizes?

- Not without increasing cost. Each size is handled separately. For example, a 5000 piece order split into 2500 Adult and 2500 Youth sizes would be treated as two separate 2500 piece orders, and priced as such.

Q- What colors are available? How accurate is the color reproduction?

- Any pantone PMS color is available (see color chart), plus clear, black & white. Keep in mind there can be a slight variation between the color samples on your screen and the finished product.

Q- Can I split colors?

- Yes, but no less than 500 pieces per color. For example, a 1500 piece order could be split into a maximum of three colors.

Q- Which font should I use? Are other fonts available?

- Font selection is a matter of personal taste, although we provide counsel as necessary. If you would like a font that is not listed on our font page, we can likely accommodate your preference. You can also submit your own design in illustrator format.

Q- How many characters will fit on my wristband?

- Character allowance depends on font type, size, and case. Generally, the workable area measures 4 by 0.25 inches for a single deboss, and 3 by 0.25 inches for a two location deboss.

Q- Can I put a logo on my wristband?

- We can accommodate simple logos and symbols such as stars, hearts, and paw prints. Contact us to inquire about more complex artwork.

Q- Can you deboss on the inside of my wristband?

- We can emboss (raised text) on the inside of the wristband for an extra 2 cents per band. The text is in small, capitalized letters, and cannot be customized.

Q- How will my wristbands be packaged?

- Wristbands are generally wrapped 20 per bag. Individual bagging is available for an additional $0.03 ea. (blank) or $0.06 (1 color printing).

Q- Can I order a large amount?

- Yes. We can handle any quantity; call us for quote if you do not see the qty on our price list.

- Yes, a limited number. Contact us for details.
