  • Is a deposit required? When do I have to pay?

    - We no longer require a deposit. Full payment is due upon delivery.


  • How can I pay?

    - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, and cheques (payable to 4 Sizzle).


  • What other costs are involved?

    - We maintain an all-inclusive pricing policy with no hidden charges. This includes molds, shipping, taxes, and duty. Optional features can increase your cost.


  • I'm a distributor. Can we work together?

    - Yes. Contact us for details.


  • Are reorders cheaper?

    - Yes, generally.


  • How long will my order take? Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

    - Orders generally take 2-3 weeks. Contact us regarding specific dates.


  • How will my wristbands be delivered?

    - By FedEx or another courier.


  • Can I pick up my order?

    - Yes, but it will not save any time or money.


  • Are your wristbands good quality?

    - Yes. Our wristbands are of the highest possible quality, composed of 100% pure silicone. It is important to note that our bands are manufactured using actual molds, not a laser engraving process. Molded bands are superior in terms of deboss depth and clarity, tactile feel, and seam smoothness.


  • Are your wristbands 100% silicone?

    - Yes. They do not contain latex or any other materials.


  • Which size should I order?

    - Our wristbands come in three sizes: 7, 7.5, and 8 inch. Generally speaking, most men prefer 8". Most children and slender women prefer 7". 7.5" falls somewhere in the middle, and usually represents a good compromise. For a more personal assessment, trim a rubber band to the desired circumference and experiment with different wrists.


  • Can I split sizes?

    - Not without increasing cost. Each size is handled separately. For example, a 5000 piece order split into 2500 7" and 2500 8" sizes would be treated as two separate 2500 piece orders, and priced as such.


  • What colors are available? How accurate is the color reproduction?

    - Any color or combination of colors is available, including clear. Keep in mind there can be variation between the color samples on your screen and the finished product.


  • Can I split colors?

    - Yes, but generally no less than 250 pieces per color. For example, a 1000 piece order could be split into a maximum of four colors. There is no charge for color splitting.


  • Which font should I use? Are other fonts available?

    - Font selection is a matter of personal taste, although we provide counsel as necessary. If you prefer a font that is not listed on our font page, we can accommodate your preference. Foreign language fonts are generally not a problem.


  • How many characters will fit on my wristband?

    - The entire circumference of the band (7, 7.5 or 8 inches) is considered usable space. Exact character allowance depends on font type, size, and capitalization.


  • Can I put a logo on my wristband?

    - We can accommodate simple logos and symbols such as stars, hearts, and paw prints. Contact us regarding more complex artwork.


  • Can you deboss on the inside of my wristband?

    - We can emboss (raised text) on the inside for an extra 5 cents. This is an ideal location for a secondary message such as a phone number or website.


  • How will my wristbands be packaged?

    - Wristbands are generally shipped in bags of 20. Individual bagging is available for an additional 5 cents.


  • Can I order a large amount?

    - Yes. Contact us for details.


  • Do you have any wristbands already made for sale?

    - No.
