With standard shipping, the wristbands will arrive at your door in approx 21 days from receipt of order (a deposit is no longer required - we will only charge your credit card when the bands are completed). You may also pay by check, money order or paypal, in which case we require payment in advance.

Schools, US government offices and Fortune 500 companies may use a purchase order only.

The minimum order is 500 pieces per logo / per size (no exceptions, sorry).

When ordering, please indicate adult size (8"), medium size (7.5") or child size (7"), and color preference. For help with your color choice, go to our color chart. (color chart is used as a guide - final bracelet color may vary slightly).

The maximum logo size for a one-sided logo is 3.5" wide x 0.3" height. We can deboss any text/font/logo of your choice within this area. For help choosing a font, go to our fonts page. You can select most other fonts as well, but we may need your help in obtaining the font if we do not already have it.

For orders of 1000+, you can split the order in to several different color bracelets at no additional charge. (minimum is 500 pcs per color). We can do inside embossing as well for no additional charge.

Due to the customized nature of our product we do not accept returns unless there was a production error on our part (i.e. if we make a mistake on size, spelling, qty). Color is subjective and computer monitors vary, so we do not accept color returns unless the bands are a different color than requested. We also reserve the right to refuse any requested changes once the order is placed.
